By asking yourself this question, you open your mind. It is not the same that you ask yourself about the changes you would like to make ... when you feel stagnant, as you do when you open your mind. To get out of the blockage, you must ask yourself this question in a different way than you would normally: you must ask yourself thinking that you can change what you want. Thinking that this is possible without any problem, you are using your imagination, opening your mind.


When you are blocked, you cannot think about your matter as you should, seeing the infinite possibilities that you have before you. That lock-down mindset is neither proactive nor productive. On the other hand, if you stop being blocked, you will start to think from freedom and creativity.


These questions, like all the questions that we will be or will be asking you following the context of this blog, help you to think as if you do not have this mental and emotional block. They help you move to another point of view, that free and creative point of view. This occurs thanks to these powerful questions, although on some occasions, this change in mindset will occur without knowing that you are consciously adopting it. It may arise unconsciously. This is the magic of coaching questions. They give you the twist you need to tune into the solutions.

So, in this case, with this question, do not ask yourself what you would change ... simply. Maybe you already know that. But, directly for what you would change if you could do it yes or yes. This nuance changes everything.
