How to Use
- Plug into your phone
- Long press the power button for 3 seconds to turn on mask.
- Short press the power button to switch between red, blue, and amber lights.
- Press time button to set the time (10, 15, 20, or 30 minutes).
Can be used 2x per week up to 30 minutes each time.
