Return Policy

While we at DEFINIXION want to provide the best products for you, we understand sometimes there's a need to return or exchange something.

If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase and purchased from our website, we are happy to return or exchange it within 30 days from the date of your purchase with receipt. For returns, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging. If you purchased the products via our website, please get in touch with our customer service center at info@definixion.com. 

For purchases made at physical stores, please contact the original point of purchase to get refund/exchange information for that store.

Please note:

• All products must be returned in original condition along with any relevant paperwork, accessories, manuals and the original packaging.

• Items that have been damaged or defaced will not be eligible for replacements.

• The parcel as well as its contents are the buyer’s responsibility until they reach us. The cost of returning the product is at your own expense. We recommend you use a trackable shipment type when returning goods as we do not take any responsibility for replacing goods that have been delayed, lost or damaged in transit.
