Shipping Costs & Delivery Times

Standard orders must be placed by 11:59 PM CET (Central European Time) to start processing on next day. Processing time usually takes 1 business day and domestic orders will usually arrive within 5 business days from when the order is processed. Expedite orders must be placed by 12:00 PM CET to start processing the same day and will arrive based on the transit time of the selected service. We provide free standard shipping through Correos for all shipments within Spain, and we charge 30 euros for purchases up to 500 euros, and no charge for purchases greater than 500 for outside of Spain but within EU.

All orders ship Monday – Friday, excluding federal holidays within Spain.

When your order is ready to be shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation e-mail. The e-mail will contain shipment details and your tracking number.

International Shipping (Outside EU)

We offer a flexible international shipping costs depending on location. International Orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees levied by your country’s customs department upon arrival. While we charge for shipment 30 euros for purchases up to 500 euros, and no charge for purchases greater than 500, the recipient of the shipment is the importer of record and is responsible for any of these import fees, as well as complying with all laws and regulations of the destination country. We do not collect duties and taxes, and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for more information in case you encounter any shipping abnormalities.
